Cards of The Week: Stardust Phantom & Red Nova

Being Counter parts and supports for their original synchros, they are actually pretty good cards and might even start a trend of making stronger character based decks.

Stardust Phantom
Level 1, LIGHT, Spellcaster
When this card, on your side of the field, is sent to the Graveyard, select 1 "Stardust Dragon" in your Graveyard and Special Summon it in face-up Defense Position. Also, by removing this card in your Graveyard from play, you can have a "Stardust Dragon" you control gain the following effect:
• Whenever this card would be destroyed by battle, by having this card lose 800 DEF, it is not destroyed.

This card, along with Red Nova, can be easily summoned with cards like One for One and searched out by Shining Angel & Sangan. Shining Angel could combo well with this card as Stardust Phantom could come out to threaten your opponent not to attack it, or else he'll have a fearsome Stardust to deal with.

This card, along with Grow Up Bulb, it'll form Formula Synchro, and when this card is sent to the grave from the field because of a synchro summon,  Stardust is revived from the graveyard. Forming an instant Shooting Star Dragon.

Red Nova
Level 1, FIRE, Fairy, TUNER
If you control a "Red Dragon Archfiend", you can Special Summon this card from your hand.

This card is particularly useful as it's a Tuner and can be special summoned when a Red Daemons is on the field. This card as many ways of being summoned, it can be specialed via it's own effect, pyramid turtle's effect or One for One. This card can also be searched by Sangan. When comboed properly, it can prove to be deadly.

With a stardust phantom & this card of the field, you could easily form a Formula Synchro. And with Stardust Phantom being sent to the graveyard from the field for a synchro summon, Stardust Dragon can be brought to the field from the grave. Easily forming a Shooting Star Dragon.

This card can also be comboed with a Red Daemons on the field, special this card alongside with Create Reasonator, easily forming Scar Red Nova Dragon.

These effects are uncofirmed and incomplete due to the fact they only appeared for 1 episode. I'm pretty sure Stardust Phantom's Effect will be negated.
I'm sure we'll be seeing alot of these 2 cards in the anime episodes to come!
